国产高辛烷值裂化催化剂DOCP-L的性能考察

摘    要:为生产高辛烷值汽油,对国产高辛烷值裂化催化剂DOCP-L及其对比剂的性能进行了评价,探讨了催化剂含量、反应温度、原料对DOCP-L的裂化性能的影响。实验结果表明,与对比剂相比,DOCP-L具有较强的重油转化能力和增辛效果。它适用于石蜡基原料,催化剂含量对产品分布和产品性能有很大的影响。

Abstract:In order to produce high octane number FCC gasoline,domestic octane enhancement cracking catalyst DOCP L and reference catalyst were evaluated.Effect of reaction temperature,catalyst content and feedstock on performance of DOCP L was discussed.Results show that DOCP L has superior capacity for heavy oil conversion and octane number enhancement.DOCP L is suitable to processing of paraffine based FCC feedstocks.Catalyst content has great influence on product distribution and quality.
