镍钴双阳极对电铸合金铸层性能的影响

摘    要:采用镍钴双阳极电铸工艺制备镍钴合金铸层,研究不同钴阳极面积及电流密度对铸层钴含量和显微硬度的影响。结果表明:随着钴阳极面积的增加,电铸液中钴离子的浓度升高,铸层的钴含量和显微硬度逐渐增加。随着钴阳极电流密度的增加,铸层的钴含量和显微硬度先下降后升高,钴阳极电流密度3A/dm2时对铸层钴含量和显微硬度影响最显著。在镍阳极电流密度3A/dm2,钴阳极电流密度1A/dm2,镍钴双阳极面积相等时,铸层的钴含量最多,显微硬度最高,为523.5HV。

Abstract:The Ni-Co alloy cast layer was prepared by Ni-Co double anode electroforming process. The effects of different anode area and current density on the cobalt content and microhardness of the cast layer were studied. The results show that with the increase of cobalt anode area, the concentration of cobalt ions in the electroforming solution increases, and the cobalt content and microhardness of the casting layer increase gradually. With the increase of the anode current density, the cobalt content and microhardness of the cast layer decreased first and then increased. The effect of the anode current density 3A/dm2 on the cobalt content and microhardness of the cast layer was the most significant. When the current density of nickel anode is 3A/dm2, the current density of cobalt anode is 1A/dm2, and the areas of nickel and cobalt anode are equal, the cobalt content and microhardness of the cast layer are the highest, which is 523.5HV.
