摘    要:合理的爆破参数组对露天矿山的经济效益和生产能力意义重大。随着开采深度的增加,矿岩的差异性逐步显现,原本单一的爆破参数组已不再适用。为优化青海某露天采场不同岩性台阶爆破孔网参数,改善该露天矿区台阶爆破效果。基于利文斯顿爆破漏斗理论,针对该露天采场三种不同性质的矿岩开展系列爆破漏斗试验。得到了炸药的临界埋深、最佳埋深、最佳爆破漏斗半径等数据,并依据相似准则换算得到了合理的爆破参数组,孔距、排距和单孔装药量。现场应用结果表明,在炸药单耗降低的同时,爆破效果也得到了改善。

Abstract:A reasonable set of blasting parameters is of great significance to open-pit mines economic benefit and production capacity. As the mining depth increases, the difference between ore and rock gradually appeared, The original single blasting parameter group is no longer applicable. In order to optimize the parameters of different lithology bench blasting in an open-pit mine in Qinghai province and improve the blasting effect of bench blasting. Based on Livingston"s blasting crater theory, a series of blasting crater tests were conducted on three different types of rocks in the open-pit mining area. The critical burial depth, optimal burial depth, and optimal blasting funnel radius of explosives were obtained, and reasonable blasting parameter groups, such as hole spacing, row spacing, and single hole charge were calculated based on similarity criteria. The on-site application results show that while the powder factor is reduced, the blasting effect is also improved.
