| 摘 要： | 为提高车间的单元自治能力，实现CIMS集成质量系统中车间级及现场监控级的质量功能集成，提出一种车间产品质量集成监控系统的结构框架和集成监控原理，并以某典型压力加工车间为背景，给出该系统的功能构成和实现技术。该系统对于提高制造企业的车间整体质量水平具有重要的作用，并具有广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | In order to improve self-governing ability of workshop and implement quality function integration of workshop level and locating monitoring level in CIMS integrated quality system, we presented an architecture framework of integrated quality monitoring system in workshop, and illustrated the integrated monitoring principle. We also described the system's functional structure and implementation technologies based on the background of one typical pressing workshop. This system can play an important role of improving total quality level of manufacturing workshop, and has wide application prospect. |
