静电在SMT行业内的危害与防护

摘    要:SMT电路板表面贴装技术是当今电路板集成制造领域内普遍使用的一项技术。静电作为一种因摩擦感应而产生的电能,会对SMT制造行业带来严重危害,尤其会对集成电路板上的SSD器件产生伤害。在SMT生产制造过程中开展针对静电产生根源的分析与研究,并对各种SSD器件按照等级特性,进行分级防护,在企业内部建立起一套完整的防护静电措施与制度。这样才能有效杜绝静电在整个生产过程中的产生与影响,保证SMT产品的质量与安全。

Abstract:SMT (surface mounted technology) is a widely used technique for produing electronic circuits boards. Static electricity,an electronic energy generated through tribocharging and induction,can cause great damage to SMT industry,espe-cially to static sensitive devices(SSDs)on integrated circuits boards. In order to effectively prevent the harmful effect caused by ESD in the production,the causes of generating the static electricity in manufacturing processes are analyzed,various SSDs are protected according to their classes and properties,and the precautions and regulations are established inside the company to en-sure the quality and safety of SMT.
