新型金属注射成形催化脱脂型粘结剂的催化快速分解研究

摘    要:催化脱脂是目前MIM技术领域新的发展方向,研究了新型金属注射成型催化脱脂型粘结剂的催化快速分解,研究结果表明,该催化脱脂型粘结剂在以HNO3为催化剂进行催化脱脂时,注射成形坯经3-4h催化脱脂后,脱脂坯内部已形成大量的连通孔道,脱脂时间,脱脂温度以及 不同粘结剂组成影响催化脱脂效果。

Abstract:The catalytic debinding is a new trend of the development direction of debinding techniques of metal injection molding (MIM) due to its inherent advantages. The catalytic debinding of a novel type binder for MIM was studieded in this paper. The results show that the novel catalytic debinding type binder can be quickly removed by catalytic decomposition using HNO 3 gas as the catalyst, and debound part has good shape retention and no obvious defects. It has shown that the debinding time, debinding temperature and composition of feedstock have obvious effect on the debinding efficiency. The weight loss increases with increasing debinding time, debinding temperature, and the polymer blend.
