二硫代磷酸硫化氧钼的合成及腐蚀性研究

合成了二烷基二硫代磷酸硫化氧钼(MoDTP)添加剂,探讨了MoDTP对有色金属铜的腐蚀,及其用金属减活剂解决这一问题的可行性。结果表明,噻二唑衍生物能抑制MoDTP对铜的腐蚀,而且对其抗磨减摩性能影响不大。

A Study On The Synthesis Of Sulfurized Oxomolybdenum Dialkyldithiophosphate And Its Corrosion Properties

Sulfurized oxomolybdenum dialkyldithiophosphate (MoDTP), an additive, has been synthesized, thecorrosion of MoDTP to nonferrous copper and the feasibility of using metal deactivating agent to reduce the corrosion arediscussed. The conclusion shows that thiodiazole derivatives can depress the corrosion of MoDTP to copper, and withonly very limited adverse effect on the anti - abrasion and friction reducing properties.
