摘    要:首次提出了一个对某些化工过程可将五个工序合而为一的液膜工艺,对合并的可能性进行了理论分析和六个可行性的试验,对从中选出的一个在合并难度上具有代表性的仲钨酸铵结晶的生产所作全面性的试验,技术上和经济上结果都十分成功,在此基础上,提出了用此工艺日产100公斤APT的技术方案和经济预测。

Abstract:The combination of five stages of purification, reaction, concentration, crystallization and classification in one stage of liquid membrane reaction for chemical production process is proposed for the first time. Firstly the possibility of getting the crystals (precipitates) directly from the inner aqueous phase was expounded and proved by theoretical analysis and six practicality tests. Then one of the six tests, directly producing ammonium paratungstate crystals in the inner aqueous phase, was selected for the complete investigation of combinat-ing 5 stages in one due to its representative on the extent of difficulty of combination. The experimental results were very successful. On such bases, a technical project and its economical prediction for producing 100 kg per day of ammonium paratungstate crystals with the combination of 5 stages in one is subjected.
