[Bmim]PF_6离子液体中微波辅助制备纳米TiO_2光催化剂及其光催化活性

摘    要:以钛酸丁酯为前驱物,在1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐离子液体(Bmim]PF6)、水、无水乙醇所组成的混合溶剂中,用微波辐射加热制备了纳米TiO2光催化剂,并用XRD对其结构进行了表征。以甲基橙为模拟污染物,高压汞灯为光源,考察了离子液体用量、微波功率、微波加热温度、微波加热时间等因素对TiO2光催化活性的影响。结果表明:在Bmim]PF6介质中用微波辐射加热制得的纳米TiO2催化剂,不需要经过高温煅烧就具有较高的光催化活性,其对甲基橙的降解率在3 h就可达到99.3%,活性明显优于传统加热条件下制得的纳米TiO2催化剂。

Abstract:Nano-titanium dioxide photocatalyst were prepared under microwave radiation in the ionic liquid Bmim ] PF6 , with the precursor butyl titanate and the mixture of water and absolute ethanol as solvent, and its structure was characterized by XRD. Effect of ionic liquid amount, microwave power, temperature and heating time on photocatalytic activity of tita- nium dioxide for the degradation of methyl orange was investigated, with high pressure mercury lamp as irradiation source. Re- suh indicated that the nanoparticle titanium dioxide obtained in Bmim] PF6 by microwave radiation exhibited higher photocatalytic activity than that by traditional heating, with the degradation ratio of methyl orange of 99.3% in 3 h.
