| 摘 要： | 论文就数字同步网在电力通信中的地位、建设必要性进行了探讨，并给出同步网的有关概念。同时，结合中国电信数字同步网的建设经验，就电力通信数字同步网规划与建设中应注意的几个问题进行分析并提出建议，包括时钟设置、局内／局间定时分配、SSM功能以及同步网的监控管理等。对于电力通信数字同步网规划建设的实施方案、配置方案以及同步产品的应用也提出了相应的建议。

| Abstract: | The position and construction necessity of synchronization network in the power telecommunications system are discussed in this article,some relevant concepts about synchronization network are also presented.Meanwhile,considering the construction experience of China Telecom synchronization network,we analyse several important aspects of synchronization network planing & constructing in the power telecom system which include clock configuration,inside/outside building timing signal distribution,SSM function,supervision control & management of synchronization network etc.,and give some advices in this article.The proposal on the implementation plan,configuration plan of the power telecom synchronization network and synchronization product application is also given in the article. |
