摘    要:游泳馆工程的屋面钢管桁架73m,局部2层结构为钢筋混凝土框架结构,跨内吊装困难;主桁架与次桁架采用相贯线焊接连接,高空拼装精度不易控制;采取跨外双机抬吊2榀钢管桁架组的施工方法;2榀桁架组在地面拼装精度高,形成了空间几何不变体,该方法可减少高空安装工程量,钢构件安装速度快,安装质量得到保证;桁架组在空中安装后不需设临时支撑,更易保证高空操作安全。

Abstract:Swimming gymnasium project adopts steel pipe roof truss with a span of 73 m, the local structure being two layers of reinforced concrete frame, which was difficulties for hoisting. Main truss and secondary truss were connected by intersecting line welding, high assembly precision is not easy to control. The outer double-crane lifting method of two specimens for steel tube truss group was taken. The assembly of truss group in ground has high precision, the spatial geometric invariant body has formed, thus installation works were reduced, fast installation and high quality were acguired. After installation, truss group in the air need not temporary support, it is more easy to guarantee high operational safety.
