| 摘 要： | 电网黑启动是指整个电网因故障全部停电后,通过本电网中具有自启动能力的机组启动,逐渐扩大电网失电的恢复范围,最后达到用尽量短的时间来恢复全网的运行和对用户的供电.文中通过对彭城电厂黑启动工程的实施及成功试验,说明了300MW大机组作为黑启动电源是完全可行的.
