| 摘 要： | 通过对政府环保部门和工程建设项目环境监理的工作目的、依据和工作程序的分析,结合工程项目建设的实际,进一步明确政府环保部门执法和工程项目环境监理的角色定位,针对由于人们对政府环保部门与项目环境监理定位的认识存在的偏差导致一些问题产生,给出了合理的建议.

| Abstract: | The text analyzes the work purpose,gist and procedure of the governmental environmental protection department and the environment supervision.Combining the practice engineering constructions,it presents the positions on the judicature of local environmental protection department and the surveillance of the environment supervision.It provides beneficial reference for disposing the relation of them rightly in the future environmental protection task of the engineering constructions. |
