北京石油化工学院中水处理装置的研究及经济评价

摘    要:针对北京石油化工学院新建的中水处理装置生产的中水水质指标(包括COD、BOD5等)进行了监测,并研究了该中水处理装置处理水量与中水水质的关系.结果表明:该装置在目前使用条件下,正常日处理水量超过负荷,生产的中水水质尚未达到标准要求,适宜的每日最大处理水量约为:86.55 m3/d.最后,对该中水处理系统做了简要的经济评估.

Abstract:In this paper,the quality indexes (including COD,BOD5,etc.) of reclaimed-water produced in the newly installed reclaimed-water recycling plant in BIPT is monitored,and the relationship between the capacity of the plant and the quality of reclaimed-water (COD) is studied. The result shows that currently the plant is operated at an overload and the reclaimed-water produced is off-spec.A maximum daily capacity of 86.55 m3 is preferable.Finally,an economic evaluation of the reclaimed-water recycling plant is made.
