微型钢管桩治理多层住宅天然地基持续沉降的工程应用

摘    要:文章介绍了建造于软粘土地基上的大埋深天然地基,因持续沉降难以达到竣工验收标准,因而采用微型钢管桩治理的实例.文中根据荷载特点及软粘土特性,分析了沉降主因,介绍了微型钢管桩治理措施的设计、施工方法和效果检验,并提出了有关优化措施.

Abstract:Due to continuous settlement, natural deep foundations on soft clay can not reach after the criterion of completion checkup. So, micro steel pipe pile will be applied into it. In this paper, an engineering case on this method is introduced. At first, main causes to continuous settlement are analyzed in detail owing to characteristics of load and soft clay. Then, some important methods on design, construction and checkup of micro steel pipe pile are introduced, and optimizing method on it is put forward. All these approaches are used for reference.
