| 摘 要： | 研制了铁路运煤车全自动抑尘剂喷洒系统,向车厢内的煤层表面均匀喷洒一层抑尘剂,极大降低了煤炭运输过程中的煤损耗问题。喷洒系统根据运煤车的型号、运行速度自动调节喷管高度及喷洒速度,并控制喷嘴滚筒旋转以防止抑尘剂喷洒到车厢连接空档处,并克服了车厢前部喷洒不足而尾部过量喷洒的问题,降低了抑尘剂喷洒成本,减少了操作人员。该系统已成功应用于实际生产中,运行状况表明:该系统喷洒效果稳定可靠,操作方便,具有良好的推广价值。 |

| Abstract: | A dust suppressant auto-spraying system for railway transportation of coal is developed in this paper which can spray uniformly a layer of dust suppressant to surfaces of the coal inside the carriages and decrease coal loss during transportation tremendously.The system could adjust automatically the height of nozzle and spraying speed according the coal car type and running speed and control the rotation of the cylinder to prevent the dust suppressant from spraying into the neutral position between carriage... |
