摘    要:近年,逆向工程在板类件加工领域中的应用受到了广泛的重视。本文提出将逆向工程技术应用于板类件多点成形技术中,实现在没有CAD模型而只有实物样件的情况下板类件快速数字化制造。文中阐述了激光测量、曲面建模和提高反求工件精度的方法。该方案切实可行,为板类制品的快速反求制造提供了一种新途径。

Abstract:Reverse engineering is used widely in the field of sheet metal processing in recent yeats. In this paper, A method of applying reverse engineering to the multi-point forming is proposed. And rapid digitized manufacturing is fulfilled in the case of only sample part is available. The detail of laser based measurement , surface reconstruction and the method of improving the forming accuracy is proposed. At last, an example is presented to prove feasibility for the method.
