矿渣基无机矿物聚合物与减水剂的适应性

摘    要:目的 对矿渣基无机矿物聚合物与高效减水剂的适应性进行研究,确保在工程中的应用.方法 用不同模数的水玻璃激发矿渣与偏高岭土粉料制备矿渣基无机矿物聚合物,以矿渣基无机矿物聚合物净浆流动度及高效减水剂在矿渣基无机矿物聚合物胶砂中的最佳掺量为考核指标进行试验.结果 萘系减水剂的饱和掺量为2.0%,最佳掺量为0.6%;蜜胺系减水剂的饱和掺量为2.3%,最佳掺量为1.6%.结论 矿渣基无机矿物聚合物与萘系减水剂和蜜胺系减水剂均有较好的适应性,表现为有明显的饱和点和最佳掺量.

Abstract:Slag-based geopolymer is a new material, and it is necessary to study its adaptability with superplasticizer to assure its engineering applications. Different modules of water glass were used to activate slagbased geopolymer which was prepared by powder of slag and metakaoline. Fluidity of slag-based geopolymer paste and the optimum content of superplasticizer in slag-based geopolymer mortar were used as evaluation standard in order to study the adaptablity of slag-based geopolymer with superplasticizer. In the study, it appears that the saturated content of naphthalene superplasticizer is 2.0 %, and the optimum content is 0.6 % ; the saturated content of melamine superplasticizer is 2.3 %, and optimum content is 1.6 %. The results show that the adaptability of naphthalene superplasticizer and melamine superplasticizer with slag-based geopolymer is perfect which performed as obvious saturated point and optimum content.
