新型CrMnNiN奥氏体不锈钢的抗空穴腐蚀及磨损性能

摘    要:对新型CrMnNiN不锈钢JA2(0.23C-13Mn-17Cr-1.90Ni-1.5Mo-1Si-0.33N)的抗空穴腐蚀及磨损性能进行了测试,结果表明,这种奥氏体高锰不锈钢具有高的加工硬化率和好的韧性,比目前水轮机转轮及叶片常用的0Cr13Ni5Mo有更高的抗空穴腐蚀性能及耐泥沙磨损性能。

Abstract:The cavitation erosion and wear resistance of a new CrMnNiN austenite stainless steel JA2 (0 23C 13Mn\|17Cr\|1 9Ni\|1 5Mo\|1Si\|0 33N) have been tested The results show that the cavitation erosion and wear resistance of the stainless steel JA2 with high manganese content are better than that of stainless steel 0Cr13Ni5Mo generally used for the runner and bucket of hydraulic generator The high work hardening rate and good toughness of the steel contribute to increasing the cavitation erosion and wear resistance
