天然气脱水装置工艺分析与改进

摘    要:分析了在役三甘醇脱水装置设计和运行中存在的主要问题,提出了改进的工艺措施和脱水工艺流程。在三甘醇脱水改进工艺流程中,应用了高效的板式换热器和先进的旋转齿轮甘醇泵,改善了甘醇贫富液换热效果,取消了甘醇贫液水冷却器、循环水系统及泵出口缓冲装置,简化了工艺流程,降低了脱水装置的能耗及操作费用,在脱水装置设计和技术改造中具有推广应用价值。

Abstract:The main problems existing in the design and operation for triethylene glycol (DEG) dehydration unit in industrial production were analyzed, and some suggestions for improving the process were proposed. In the improved DEG dehydration process, high efficiency plate heat exchanger and advanced rotary gear glycol pump were used, heat exchange between rich and lean glycol liquids was enhanced, and the lean glycol liquid water cooler, water circulating system and pump export buffer devices were abolished, which simplified the process, reduced the energy consumption and operating cost. The results had great value in designing and improving dehydration devices.
