摘    要:在建的北京地铁14号线03标段是双洞单线隧道,采用暗挖矿山法施工,在北京西南城郊的卢沟桥区域下穿已经建成运行的南水北调中线既有管廊段工程。为保证该管廊段构筑物的绝对安全,地铁隧道工程在暗挖施工中采用了超前预注浆和后续径向补充注浆的施工方案。从工程效果评价检查情况看,后续径向补充注浆工程对管廊段的保护起到了重要的作用。本文主要是对这一专项施工过程进行详细论述,以期为类似的工程施工提供借鉴。

Abstract:The No.03 bid section of the Line 14 of the Beijing Subway under construction is a tunnel of dual tunnel single track and constructed with the mining tunneling method,which under-crosses the existing buried culvert of the mid-route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project in Lugouqiao Area of the south-west suburb of Beijing. In order to ensure the absolute safety of the structures of the buried culvert,the construction scheme of advance pre-grouting with successive radial supplementary grouting is adopted during the tunneling of the subway project. From the engineering effect assessment and the relevant inspection on the grouting,it is demonstrated that the successive radial supplementary grouting plays an important role in the protection of the buried culvert. The construction process of this special construction is mainly described herein in detail,so as to provide a reference for the similar project concerned.
