摘    要:气田管网应急调度是当前复杂智能网络研究领域中的一个前沿和热点问题。课题运用大系统多级递阶控制、智能信息推拉、案例推理等技术,对气田管网安全应急调度进行深入地、系统地研究,提出了基于大系统控制论的气田管网应急调度系统的架构与具体实现技术,避免了现有的管网调度方法在辨识警兆和测度警度等方面存在的局限性,是对气田管网安全应急调度管理方法的一种全新探索,将有效地提高气田管网应急调度管理的反应速度和决策水平。

Abstract:Gas field pipe-net emergency scheduling is a preceding and hotspot problem in the study of complex intelligent network.Appling Large System multi-level Control,Intelligence Information Push-Pull,Case-Based Reasoning into gas field pipe-net emergency scheduling may effectively avoid those localization in the currently distinguishing the alarms and the estimate about pipe-net scheduling,which is a new exploring search about gas field pipe-net scheduling.A pipe-net scheduling system frame as well as the concrete realization technique are put forward and come true.It promotes the level of the gas field pipe-net producing scheduling and making-decision.
