| 摘 要： | 化学镀镍磷作为来得及面强化的途径，已经得到越来越广泛的应用和不断的发展，其中镀前工艺包括镀前处理、镀液种类和组份是实施化学镀镍磷的关键，必须引起高度重视。本文系统分析并阐述了镀前工艺对化学镀镍磷的作用和影响。

| Abstract: | As means of surface hardening, the technology of chemical Nickel-phosphate plating has been extensively and continuiously developped. The pretreatment including the treatment before plating, the sort and constituent of plating bath is a key link to realize the chemical Nickel-phosphate plating and so great attention must be paid to. The effect of pretreatment upon chemical Nickel-phosphate plating is dewelled upon in this paper. |
