高强钢焊接接头激光处理组织和性能研究

摘    要:对30CrMnSiA钢氩弧焊接头熔合区进行激光处理,使接头抗裂性能明显改善。用电子显微分析技术对激光处理组织进行了分析研究,证实该钢种激光处理组织是含有大量位错的细板条马氏体及板条间的残余奥氏体组织。电子衍射花样标定结果表明,马氏体和残余奥氏体的晶体学位向关系符合K-S关系。

Abstract:Laser was used to treat melted area of 30CrMnSiA steel welded jointly by argon arc welding. Crack resistance of the welding joint was significantly improved. It was found by electron microscope that laser-treated regine contained ultrafine lath martensite with great deal of dislocations and retained austenite between mar tensite laths. Crystallurgical relationship between martensite and austenite is in agreement with K-S relationship.
