| Abstract: | The paper takes the cumilative net rainfall amount as the judgment factor to change discharging mode of Biliuhe reservoir, taking the original planning design as restraint condition, the flood control regulation mode of reservoir is devised to raise limited water level before flood and utilization factor of flood resources. |
