摘 要: | 通过磨损状态和机理分析 ,选择价格性能比较优的韧性基体中加入硬质WC颗粒混合粉末材料 ,以氧 -乙炔火焰喷焊工艺 ,对省煤器高磨损部位进行喷焊耐磨层处理。经过 2年的实际运行检测 ,平均磨损速率由原来的 0 .7~ 0 .8mm 年降至 0 .15mm 年 ,耐磨性能提高 5倍以上。并讨论了实施喷焊工艺应注意的问题

Abstract: | By analyzing the wearing state and mechanism, a kind of spraying powder with a excellent price performance ratio was selected in the spray welding on the seriously worn position of the economizer, the powder was mixed from two components, one for ductile basal body, and another(WC)for hard particles. Oxyacetylene thermal spray welding techniques was used in the implementation. According to the detect after two years running, the average wearing velocity was reduced from 0.7~0.8mm to 0.15mm annually. Wear resistant capacity was improved 5 times. And some key problem about the spray operation was discussed. |
