教育行政伦理范式转型与师生关系重构

摘    要:教育行政伦理有自身价值诉求,以公益性、宽容性、公平性为本质内涵构成,其效度的实现与教育在公共行政中的地位从属成直接关联。近代以来,教育行政伦理范式相继经历了“前现代性”、自治性、公益性、“后现代性”的转变,师生关系亦相应地呈现不同形态,主导权在学生和老师间徘徊。在个体权利被日益重视的当下,基于教育行政伦理发展的趋势,师生关系的建构成为必须正视和面对的问题,将两者看成平等的主体,构建“主一主”型和“友一友”型的师生关系不啻为有益的探索。

Abstract:The connotation of educational ethics is composed of public interest, fairness and tolerance. Its validity has direct relations with education being in a subordinate position in public administration. Educational ethical paradigm has experienced transformation from "pre - modernity", autonomy, public interest to "post - moder- nity". Accordingly, the teacher -student relationship presents different forms. In the context of individual right being emphasized, the construction of teacher - student relationship is an important issue to be solved. It's a useful exploration to establish " subject - subject" and " friend - friend" teacher - student relationship.
