| 摘 要： | 利用排列图对2007年至2011年质量管理体系运行中发现的问题进行了统计分析,确定了影响质量管理体系正常运行的主要因素、次要因素和一般因素.利用因果分析图分析了质量问题产生的原因,并对如何改进质量管理工作提出了建议.

| Abstract: | Analyzed the problems in the process of the quality management implementing by using pareto,the main factors,the secondary factors and general factors are made certain.The causation of the problems are also explored by the "fishbone chart".Suggestion on how to improving the quality management system is given. |
