汽车发动机活塞环润滑状态的分析研究

摘    要:采用雷诺方程描述了内燃机中活塞环的润滑状态,从而定量地分析了粗糙度方向与粗糙峰高对润滑状况的影响;并且讨论了弹性变形、表面形貌因素对发动机运行中油膜厚度的影响,对汽车运行有一定的指导作用.

Abstract:The piston ring lubricational state of internal combustion can be described by Reynolds equation, by which the influence of roughness direction and roughness peak height on lubricational state is analyzed quantitatively, and the influence of elastic deformation and surface factors on oil film thickness during engine running are discussed, which is with some of directive functions for automobile running.
