基于新型需求响应模型的风电消纳市场机制

摘    要:为提高风电消纳,以电力客户在日前市场提交下一日的用电负荷曲线作为用户参与需求侧响应的依据,建立了一种在虚拟电厂框架下的含风电机组的新型需求侧响应机制。制定了激励用户进行负荷转移以利于风电消纳的内部电价机制,建立了用户最优负荷曲线的数学模型。在此基础上,根据需求侧响应的贡献差异,构建了公平的日前账单形成模型。考虑到实时市场中用户实际负荷与提交负荷曲线的偏差,建立了激励用户遵循提交负荷曲线用电的实时账单模型。算例结果表明,该新型需求侧响应模型和新型虚拟发电厂的建立增加了风电出力高峰时的消纳量,并显著降低了用户的电费支出。

Abstract:To improve the wind power consumption,the power load curve for the next day in a day-ahead market is tak?en as the basis for users to participate in the demand-side response,and a novel demand-side response mechanism con?sidering wind power generators is established,which is under the framework of a virtual power plant(VPP).The inter?nal electricity price mechanism is formulated to encourage users to transfer load so as to facilitate the wind power con?sumption,and a mathematical model of user’s optimal load curve is set up.On this basis,according to the difference in contributions to the demand-side response,a fair day-ahead bill formation model is constructed.Considering the devia?tion between the user’s actual load and the submitted load curve in the real-time market,a real-time bill model is built to encourage users to follow the submitted load curve.The results of an example show that the establishment of the novel demand-side response model and novel VPP increase the wind power consumption at the peak time and significantly re?duce the user’s electricity expenditure.
