| 摘 要： | 本文对螺栓安装孔带斜坡的墙壁开关(插座)固定架的刚度进行了FEA力学分析,研究出了一种特殊的墙壁开关(插座)固定架FEA分析方法,相对于以往的FEA刚度分析方法可以大幅度提高其刚度分析结果与试验值的吻合度,最终以FEA刚度分析代替试验,节约了大量的研发时间和模具修改成本。

The FEA Method of Stiffness for Wall Switch (Socket) Bracket with Slop on the Bolt Hole |

| Abstract: | In this article a research of the FEA stiffness calculation has been given to the wall switch(socket)bracket with slop on the bolt hole.A new special method of the FEA stiffness calculation has been developed.Compared to the old methods of the FEA stiffness calculation,the new one can greatly decrease the gap between the calculation results and the test results.Finally the bracket stiffness test can be replaced by this FEA calculation and it will lead to big save of R&D time and mould modification cost. |
