水轮发电机组轴承瓦温高的原因分析及处理

摘    要:某电站因水导轴承和推力轴承瓦温过高而进行年度大修工作,根据检修前对机组采集的数据及机组实际运行工况,从机组安装的工艺质量、设备结构、设计制造方面对瓦温升高的原因进行缜密分析和深入研究,并提出处理方案。实施后,机组运行正常。

Abstract:Major repair was conducted at a power station due to abnormal temperature rise of guide and thrust bearing bushes.According to the monitoring data and actual operation status of turbine generator unit,analysis and study of the causes was conducted in respects of erection technique and quality;structure,design and manufacture of device,based on which the solution was put forward and implemented,rendering normal operation of unit.
