PVA-BA-MTA三元共聚物乳液增干强剂的研究

摘    要:通过采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(MTA)为原料,采用无乳化剂乳液聚合法,制备出了一种阳离子共聚物乳液。测定了此乳液的转化率并考察了稳定性;同时发现当单体配比m(BA):m(MTA)85:15时,引发剂(NH4)2S2O8为单体量的0.3%制得共聚物,其用量为1.2%(对绝干浆)时。可使纸张的环压指数提高29.86%,抗张指教提高30.92%。

Abstract:The paper discloses the quaternary copolymerization of the PVA- BA-MTA to increase the dry strength especially the circular pressure exponential and tensile strength for papermaking as the new-type dry strength agent. The cationic emulsion copolymer can be prepared in the ratio of m (BA):m (MTA) equal to 85:15 and with the (NH4)2S2O8 as initiator. The dry strength agent have showed the obvious effect to increase the circular pressure exponential of paper more than 29.86% and the tensile strength about 30.92%.
