摘    要:基于ADAMS的机构运动学仿真过程及方法研究,利用三维建模软件Pro/E建立正铲式液压挖掘机整机实体模型;介绍将Pro/E的实体模型导入ADAMS的操作方法及在导入过程中的注意事项,以及在ADAMS中如何定义函数,通过运动学仿真得出正铲液压挖掘机挖掘的最大包络曲线,从而为整机的设计制造提供了可靠的理论依据。

Abstract:Based on the three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E to create the entity model of hydraulic shovel and the research on kinematics simulation process and method in ADAMS,the paper introduces the operating methods of importing the Pro/E entity model into AD AMS,matters need attention during the operation and how to define functions in ADAMS.In addition,the largest envelope curve of excavating is obtained by kinematics simulation,which provides the reliable theory basis for the design manufacture of the machine 。
