| Abstract: | There are some problems in water conservancy statistics,for example,the norm index system and statistical index,the index misconception,the misunderstanding of the statistical staff,the data quantity decreasing and so on,which have side influence on policy establishment and comprehensive judgment.The essay analyzes the statistics statement system,statistical index system and statistical index,and suggests the optimizing principle of index design in the water conservancy statistics. |
