非重氮-偶联法合成偶氮染料

摘    要:在合成偶氮化合物时,重氮化-偶联反应是常用的方法。由于在反应过程中产生大量的废酸,造成环境污染。采用非重氮-偶联法合成偶氮化合物不仅可以减少废酸废水的生成,从而降低对环境的污染,而且可以得到重-偶联法不易得到染料结构类型。该丈对当前国内外采用非重氮一偶联法合成偶氮化合物方法进行总结,介绍了典型的合成案例。

Abstract:In the synthesis of azo-compounds,diazotization-coupling reaction is the commonly used method. As in the reaction process can have a lot of waste acids and cause environmental pollution. Using non-diazo-coupling method, not only reduce waste acids and waste water discharged, so as to reduce the environmental pollution, but also can get new dye structure types. In this paper, the non-diazo-coupling method were summarized and the typical synthesis of compounds were Introduced.
