| 摘 要： | 总结了30余年来半固态合金流变铸造技术的研究和应用现状,介绍了压室制备浆料式流变挤压铸造技术、单螺旋机械搅拌式流变铸造技术、双螺旋机械搅拌式流变铸造技术、低过热度倾斜板浇注式流变铸造技术、低过热度浇注和弱机械搅拌式流变铸造技术、连续流变转换式流变压铸技术、低过热度浇注和弱电磁搅拌式流变成形技术、蛇形通道浇注式的流变成形技术、熔体分散混合式流变成形技术、转桶式流变成形技术、波浪倾斜板浇注式流变成形技术、旋转倾斜圆筒式流变成形技术、超声振动式流变成形技术、熔体处理和双向电磁搅拌制备及流变成形技术、低于液相线温度的流变成形技术、偏旋热焓平衡式流变成形技术、气泡搅拌制备式流变成形技术及其发展前景。
