| 摘 要： | 为了在转杯纺纱机上顺利纺制涤棉起绒纱,提高成纱质量,通过纺纱试验,对纺纱工艺进行了优化配置.通过在转杯纺工序优选纺杯型号、分梳辊型号以及合理配置纺杯速度、分梳辊速度、工艺负压等参数,使T/C 65/35 59.2 tex转杯纱成纱质量得到保证.

| Abstract: | To spinning polyester cotton fleece yarn in rotor spinning frame and enhance yarn quality, configuration of spinning was optimized through spinning test. T/C 65/35 59.2 tex rotor yarn can reach yarn forming demands through optimizing rotor type, combing type, configuring rotor speed, combing roller speed and processing negative pressure and so on. |
