金属带式CVT的钢带轴向偏移分析

摘    要:
本文首先对金属带式无级变速器CVT(Continously Variable Transmission)的钢带轴向偏移现象进行描述及产生原因进行分析,并用数值求解的方法计算金属钢带式无级变速器变速过程中传动钢带的轴向偏移的大小。本文还比较了两种计算轴向偏移的方法的精度,同时提出了减少钢带轴向偏移的几种方法,为金属带式无级变速器的设计打下理论基础。

Abstract:
The article describes the phenomenon of misalignment of the metal pushing belt type continuously variable transmission (CVT), then analyses the factors which cause the misalignment. The article calculates the value of the axial misalignment by using numerical methods. The article also compares the precision of two methods to calculate the value of misalignment, and puts forward several ways of reducing the misalignment. This article gives us the theory foundation of designing CVT.
