摘    要:在往复式磨损试验机上测定了不同Co元素质量分数的高铝青铜在干摩擦条件下的摩擦磨损行为.结果表明:Co元素可以有效促进合金基体中K相硬质点的生成,有效提高合金的硬度和耐磨性.在低速低载的摩擦条件下,随Co元素质量分数的增加,合金的磨损量先增加后减少,合金表现为典型的低应力擦伤式磨料磨损、氧化磨损和轻微的疲劳磨损.在中速中载的摩擦条件下,随着Co元素质量分数的增加,磨损量先减少后增加,合金的磨损表现为高应力磨料磨损和严重的氧化磨损、疲劳磨损.

Abstract:Dry friction wear behaviors of the high-Al bronze with different mass fraction of Co were examined in pin-on-bar reciprocating device. Results show that formation of K phase hard particles can be promoted evidently by Co element in the alloy, enhancing hardness and wear resistance of the alloy. With the increase of Co content, under the low speed and load condition, wear extent of the alloy rose at first but reduced later and wear behaviors under such condition present as typical low stress abrasive wear, o...
