| 摘 要： | 简要回顾了国内外催化裂化装置优化控制的发展历史，分析了催化裂化过程的复杂性，阐述了当前流行的催化裂化装置优化控制的基本策略和内容，介绍了稳定优化层、多变量动态约束控制层和常规控制层之间的相互关系和各自的主要功能。并且根据我国催化裂化工业生产的具体情况，提出了一些具有实际意义的建议。

| Abstract: | The historical development of FCC optimization control is reviewed, and the complexity of FCC process is analyzed. The relationship among hierarchical levels, including steady-state optimization, multivariable dynamic constrained controller and regulatory control, and the function of each level are discussed. According to the actualities of domestic industrial FCC production, some proposals for the implementation of FCC control schemes are propounded. |
