图像处理技术在镍选矿厂中的应用

摘    要:系统运用图像处理技术对摄像头和视频捕获卡采集到的浮选泡沫图像进行分析 ,计算出泡沫颜色参数、气泡个数和大小、泡沫的稳定度和移动速度等泡沫物理参数。根据它们评估浮选过程 ,并建立数学模型来预测浮选泡沫层精矿品位。该系统已经应用到金川公司选矿厂 ,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:Using the image processing technology,the floatation froth images collected by the camera and the video grabber were analyzed and the physical parameters of froth,such as color,bubble number and size,froth stability and speed,were calculated Based on the assessment of these data,floatation production was evaluated and the mineral contents of concentrate in floatation froth layer were forecasted by use of an established mathematical model This technology has been applied in concentrator,Jinchuan Nonferrous Metals Co and Better results have been achieved
