| 摘 要： | 针对现有维护管理理论与方法中所存在的问题,提出了面向需求维护（ROM）的工业维护管理理论与方法体系.阐述了面向需求维护ROM的基本思想和概念,并分析了ROM的需求导向、多元目标、整体优化、综合运用的基本特征,探讨了面向需求维护ROM概念模型和ROM的技术体系与关键技术. |

| Abstract: | In order to solve problems existing in theories and methods of maintenance management,this paper puts forward a theory and method system of requirement-oriented maintenance(ROM).Concepts and basic thoughts are expounded.The paper discusses basic characteristics of the demand of ROM,multivariate goals and synthesized utilization.Also the paper analyzes concept models,technique systems,and key technologies. |
