建筑工程技术专业教学改革探讨

泰州职业技术学院建筑工程技术专业实施工学结合的人才培养模式，以就业为导向，以岗位为依据，以能力为本位，构建了工作过程化课程体系；建立了基于专业核心能力的综合训练系统，不断加大顶岗实习的覆盖面和深度；在实践教学中加强过程管理和质量监控，建立了以能力考核为核心，以过程考核为重点的考核评价体系，使学生在真实工作环境中，最终形成就业所需的岗位职业能力。
