催化裂化催化剂的配方设计及研究进展

摘    要:简述了为满足新要求所做的催化剂改进技术.在催化剂配方设计过程中,炼油厂应与科研设计单位、催化剂生产单位密切合作,选择或开发适应本厂原料性质、产品方案和装置特性的催化裂化催化剂.

Abstract:To increase the percentage of residue in heavy oil FCC feed, improve liquid product yields and maximize light olefin and clean fuel production, a number of improvements have been made in catalyst formulations in the past several years. The major developments are: optimization of catalyst pore structure and acidity , application of small crystal molecular sieve to enhance heavy oil conversion capability, Ph modification of catalyst to improve coke selectivity, modification of matrix to improve its capability to resist detrimental metals and design of catalyst formulations based upon feedstock properties and unit conditions. The principles of technologies and associated patents are discussed.
