植物纤维微纤维化对纸基摩擦材料磨损性能的影响

摘    要:探讨了植物纤维微纤维化对纸基摩擦材料摩擦、磨损性能的影响.研究表明,植物纤维微纤维化对纸基摩擦材料的孔隙结构、界面结合性能及摩擦性能调节剂的留着性能产生重要影响.与未微纤维化的材料相比,低微纤维化度对材料的孔隙结构影响不大,但能有效提高填料的含量及界面结合强度,因而材料的动、静摩擦因数较高,磨损率较低.随着纤维微纤维化程度进一步提高,材料孔隙下降使得摩擦材料与对偶之间形成的润滑油膜不能得到有效抑制或破坏,并导致润滑油热交换能力不足,动、静摩擦因数降低,材料热衰退加剧,磨损率增加.

Abstract:The influence of beating of plant fibres on the friction and abrasive wear properties of paper-based friction material was investigated.Results showed that the beating of plant fibres had remarkable influence on porosity,interfacial adhesion and filler retention.The plant fibres with low beating degree had no impact on the porosity of materials,but could significantly improve the interfacial adhesion and filler retention as compared with the sample without beating,which resulted in higher friction coefficie...
