| 摘 要： | 本文从光学薄膜的实际结构出发，讨论了其结构与各种实际缺陷的关系，给出了包含多种实际缺陷的薄膜模型，利用此模型通过计算机计算了薄膜的光谱特性。文中所应用的实例是ＺｎＳ／ＣｒｙｏｌｉｔｅＡ（ＨＬ）＾４６Ｈ（ＬＨ）＾４Ｇ膜系。

| Abstract: | From the point of realistic structure of optical membrane this paper discusses the relationship of this structure with various practical defects, and offers a membrane modelwhich includes many practical defects. Using this model, the character of the membranewas computed. The examples applied by the authors were ZnS/ CryoliteA(HL)4 6H(LH)4 G mem brane system. |
