堆煤自预压法软基加固的研究

摘    要:以嘉兴电厂二期煤场工程软基处理为例,对堆煤自预压法进行软基加固进行了分析研究。首先在工程前期,用岩土有限元软件P laxis对其进行数值分析,数值分析预测的结果可较好地控制自预压过程。对大量现场监测资料的分析表明,以塑料排水板作为竖向排水体的堆煤自预压法用于煤场深厚软基的加固是合理有效的,具有缩短工期、节约造价等优点。最后得出一些规律性结论,可用同类工程的设计和施工参考。

Abstract:Taking Coalfield Project of Jiaxing Power Plant project for example,soft foundation improved by self-preloading of coal is analyzed.It is suggested that the two key factors that the structural properties of natural soft soil and the equivalent of plane strain analysis in FEM be taken into consideration.And according to the predicted computation results the process of the preloading is controlled well.Furthermore,the measured data in field indicate that the self-preloading with coal is reasonable and effective.At the same time the improvement method can shorten the construction time and save the construction cost.As a result,conclustions for practical use are obtained,which may guide the design and construction of similar projects.
