摘    要:针对水工混凝土胶凝材料用量较少、普通钢模工艺难以形成高质量表观混凝土的问题,采用普通钢模,分别内衬透水模板布和聚酯板,试验研究了两种内衬材料和添加脱模剂、消泡剂、光亮剂后成型混凝土表观质量,并就内衬材料重复使用效果进行了比较。试验结果表明:使用透水模板布,混凝土成型表面平滑,几乎无孔洞,但缺少光泽并存在轻度色差;使用聚酯板且加入凝胶材料质量2%的光亮剂,混凝土成型表面光洁平整,色泽均匀,具有镜面效果,并可重复使用;采用脱模剂和消泡剂并不能显著改善混凝土成型表观质量。

Abstract:With regard to the problem of difficult formation of concrete with high surface qualities due to less dosage of cementitious material in hydraulic concrete by use of the ordinary template technology,the steel formwork lined with the controlled permeability formwork liners(CPFL) and PET sheets are employed to study the surface qualities of concrete with two kinds of formworks,release agents,defoamer and concrete brightener.The repeated utilization effects of various lining materials are compared.The test results show that the surface of formed concrete by using CPFL is smooth and free from holes and air bubbles,but it has color difference and is lack of gloss.Using PET sheets and by adding 2% brightener,the surface of formed concrete is bright,clean and even,which has mirror effect to certain extent,and it may be reused and convenient for construction.The use of release agents and deformer cannot significantly improve the surface qualities of formed concrete.
