| 摘 要： | 利用ANSYS软件中FLOTRANCFD对除尘管道的弯管处气体流场进行建模、分网、加载、分析后 ,得出了气流流经弯管处的压力分布云图和速度矢量分布图 ,正确反映了气流在流经弯管时速度和压力的变化 ,找出了造成压力损失的主要原因 ,为除尘系统的设计提供了一个合理的依据

| Abstract: | After utilizing ANSYS software FLOTRAN CFD to carry on modeling,dividing into network,loading,analyzing in gas flow field which in bend pipe of dust removal pipeline,draw the diagram of distribution of pressure and velocity vector,correct to reflect the change of pressure and velocity while flowing through the bend pipe,find out main reason of causing pressure loss,and then has offered a rational basis for design of the dust removal system. |
